Order and pick-up was super easy. They call and text reminders. The roses were in the same color as in the pic and the paper wrapping & packaging and the wet foam they wrap the ends of the stems in are so clean, fresh & thoughtful. So much better than so many other florists. That was great. Not so great was that the roses weren't all nice and full reflexed like they are in the picture. Like maybe the person doing it didnt spend the time need to get them all nice. A bit of a bummer cause i think they we pay extra for the reflexing. Maybe it's because they were swamped for Valentine's.

Super easy to order online, the flowers came out great. The delivery was a little awkward but I also don’t know how it couldn’t be.
