Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
Delivery Terms & Conditions:
Seed Floral deliveries will be made between the hours of 10 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. PST. We cannot guarantee delivery time, but we will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Regretfully, we are only able to make one delivery attempt. If we are unable to locate the recipient, or an authorized receiver, at the time of delivery, we may leave the flowers outside the residence or with a nearby neighbor. If we do leave the flowers at a different nearby location, we will notify the recipient by phone or email.
In the event that a redelivery attempt must be made, there will be an additional fee charged separately by Seed Floral. If the redelivery is scheduled for more than 2 days from the date of the original delivery, Seed Floral cannot guarantee the freshness of the florals and will offer to remake the product for an additional fee.

I ordered a beautiful floral arrangement online for a coworker who had surgery. I got a call from one of the gals at Seed who recognized the recipient's name from an order the day before and flagged that they had delivered the exact same arrangement. So we opted to send a gorgeous succulent garden instead. I was so thankful that she went out of her way to ensure he didn't receive a duplicate order. I've very impressed with the quality and service.
