I first ordered the Love Yo Self Gift Basket for my best friend for Valentine's. However a different product was mistakenly sent, but upon my first review and finding the error, Seed Floral was quick to get in touch and rectify the mistake. Their customer service has been fabulous and it's restored my faith in the company completely. Both times shipping was on time and quick, and from what I can see through photos from my best friend, products are great. Thanks again for your willingness to make things right!
